While working Antonio went to an auction with one his colleagues and saw that the banks were practically giving away houses at the auction for pennies on the dollar.
Antonio went home to tell Ashley and she immediately said let’s do it! The two of them took some classes to educate them on buying houses and purchased their first two homes where they moved in one and rented the other.

The Denmarks were fascinated with the Cashflow from rental properties but we’re discouraged whenever tenants would call them in the middle of the night to fix things.
Antonio later decided that maybe flipping houses would be their next adventure but that didn’t work out as planned either. The two of them decided that they would change their business model and start what they now call their Lease Option program.
In the birthing of their Ex Flipping plan Ashley got laid off from her role at the financial institution and the two of them both decided that they would be real estate investors full time with two babies at the time.
They knew that time was of the Essience and they had to make their Ex Flipping plan work. The two of them decided that they would buy houses either by paying cash or creative financing. They would renovate the house as if they were going to flip it. Then refinance and put a lease option tenant buyer in the home to help The tenant buyer become a homeowner.
Fast forward a few years later the two of them have helped many of their tenant buyers obtain their dreams of ownership. Most people would say that it doesn’t matter if the tenant buyer is able to buy the home but that is definitely not The Denmarks motto. They want each of their tenant buyers to win!
The Denmarks are a husband and wife duo with a total of 5 children. They have 3 girls and 2 boys who they absolutely love being with.
Creating their Ex Flipping Strategy has afforded the two of them freedom and the chance to work together while raising their children simultaneously.
The husband and wife duo have created a multi 7- Figure portfolio and developed the top educational platform Online to educate investors on this industry.
